Haven Bartlett brings more than 14 years of culinary and food-service experience to his role as General Manager at Fin & Tonic. That background gives him an appreciation for the whole restaurant experience—from what arrives on your plate to the welcome you receive at the door.
We're proud to have Haven leading our Sarasota sports bar and restaurant. He brings an experienced perspective to our team and helps connect the kitchen, bar and dining room around a shared goal: making every visit feel welcoming, enjoyable and worth coming back for.
